Ingénieur validation CAN/LIN

About the role

The position focuses on validating CAN and LIN communication layers within automotive electronic control units (ECUs). The engineer will work closely with client teams to ensure that communication protocols meet quality and timing requirements throughout the development cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Validate test plans and test results for CAN/LIN communication layers.
• Provide cross‑functional support to client teams during the ECU development lifecycle.
• Analyze supplier test plans and compliance reports for low‑level communication layers.
• Assess acceptance status of supplier test plans according to internal quality processes.
• Monitor progress of ECU validation by suppliers and ensure compliance with quality and schedule targets.
• Participate in project follow‑up meetings and produce status reports.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field, specializing in embedded systems.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in a similar validation role.
• Hands‑on experience with low‑level CAN and LIN communication protocols.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems and the ECU development lifecycle.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
