Inside Sales Associate – Benelux

About the role

The Inside Sales Associate will support Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions' Benelux market from our Casablanca office. You will act as a key link between product managers, customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate pricing and order processing while continuously developing your IT knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and enter detailed price offers into the internal system with high accuracy.
• Verify, correct and track customer orders to maintain smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with product managers and customers, providing timely assistance.
• Participate in ongoing IT training programs to stay current with technology trends.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (B2/C1 level) for effective communication with international clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented mindset to ensure precision in offers and orders.
• Proactive, enthusiastic learner eager to acquire new skills.
