Inside Sales Associate – German Speaker

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate who is fluent in German to join its Casablanca team. You will act as a key point of contact for German‑speaking customers, helping them discover and adopt Arrow’s technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate sales records and keep the CRM system up‑to‑date.
• Generate regular sales reports to provide insights for management.
• Develop a solid understanding of Arrow’s product portfolio and service offerings.
• Present product information to customers, assess their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
• Conduct virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams or phone calls to demonstrate products, answer questions, and handle objections.

Required profile

• Fluent German (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to collaborate across departments.
• Open to recent graduates.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams for virtual presentations.
