Inside Sales Associate (German Speaker)

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for an Inside Sales Associate who is fluent in German to join its growing team in Casablanca. You will support the sales process by providing product information, assessing customer needs, and delivering tailored IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain sales records, update CRM data, and generate sales reports for management.
• Become familiar with the company’s portfolio of servers, storage, networking, security, software, and cloud solutions.
• Offer customers detailed information on products and services and propose adapted solutions.
• Conduct virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams or phone calls to demonstrate offerings, answer questions, and handle objections.

Required profile

• Fluent German (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Recent graduates are welcome.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams for virtual presentations.
