Senior Design Firms Field Sales Representative II

About the role

The Design Firms Solutions Consultant role creates value for customers such as design firms, contractors and end‑users by designing differentiated solutions, supporting business cases and becoming a trusted advisor for key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Use expertise in customer processes and Schneider Electric technology to solve operational problems and build quantified business cases.
• Partner with Sales to define account solution approaches and co‑build customer transformation roadmaps.
• Support partners and system integrators in shaping value propositions and technical offers, including conceptual design of differentiated solutions.
• Orchestrate Proof of Value/Proof of Concept engagements with customers.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• After deployment, support Sales in tracking outcomes and discussing measured impact with customers.

Required profile

• At least ten years of experience with design firms and ability to design clear solution blueprints.
• Strong understanding of customer systems in at least two target segments (Water & Wastewater, Mining, Transportation, Datacenters, Smart Buildings).
• Excellent communication skills in French and English with high customer empathy.
• Established professional reputation within the design‑firms community and strong network with major design firms and EPCs.
• Ability to lead internal teams and stakeholders to deliver new solutions.
