About the role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who speaks German to manage a portfolio of renewal opportunities for Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions. You will engage end‑users and partners, secure renewals, articulate value, discuss pricing and identify upsell or expansion possibilities while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of renewal opportunities using a 120‑day renewal cadence.
- Proactively contact end‑users and partners to secure renewals and explore upsell opportunities.
- Provide quotes, pricing, product information and renewal documentation to partners.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene and daily updates in the CRM system.
- Follow established sales processes, renewal guidelines and partner‑engagement frameworks.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners and vendors to resolve pricing, product, SLA or billing issues.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a customer portfolio in a phone‑based or inside‑sales role.
- Background in Inside Sales, Customer Success or Customer Support within tech, SaaS or IT.
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate value.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, partner‑led sales environment.
- Highly organized, proactive and able to handle a high‑volume renewal pipeline.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
