Insight Analyst

About the role

Foundever is looking for a dynamic Insight Analyst to help drive growth and innovation across its markets. You will use data analytics to turn customer and colleague data into actionable insights that improve behaviour understanding, campaign performance, and data‑led decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data sources and dashboards, delivering clear insights to client and operational teams.
• Create and present business‑friendly PowerPoint presentations that translate complex analysis.
• Collaborate with the BI & reporting team to design and fine‑tune Power BI dashboards and visualisations.
• Project‑manage Insight managed services, capture requirements, develop data sets, and propose next‑step recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to operations and clients, presenting findings to stakeholders from team managers to C‑suite.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by developing business cases and staying current with analytical tools and trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytics or Insight role, specifically with contact‑centre data.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and independent work capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
