Insurance Sales Manager

About the role

The Insurance Sales Manager will lead the development and distribution of insurance products through online channels. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with insurers and brokers, driving revenue targets, and supporting cross‑selling initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with insurance companies and brokers to develop suitable online insurance products.
• Manage and drive online insurance sales, ensuring achievement of business and revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurers and brokers to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular meetings with partners to explore new products and growth initiatives.
• Perform monthly sales assessments, track performance against targets, and identify improvement areas.
• Introduce suitable sachet insurance products for cross‑selling and upselling.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product implementation, sales, and distribution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing online insurance sales and distribution.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and brokers.
• Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for regular partner meetings and negotiations.
