Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager

About the role

Join PMI’s transformation journey as an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager in Casablanca. You will lead the IBP process for Maghreb markets, aligning cross‑functional teams to deliver financial optimization, risk management, and balanced demand‑supply outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the Market IBP process with Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Business Planning teams.
• Serve as the single point of contact for supply and demand decisions, providing business support to Market Management.
• Translate long‑term market strategy into operational actions and strategic decisions.
• Lead or contribute to global and local initiatives that support PMI’s market, operations, and supply‑chain strategies.
• Collaborate with departments such as Commercial Strategy, Finance, Business Development, and Marketing to ensure IBP effectiveness.
• Support market budgeting and target‑setting by ensuring a robust IBP process.
• Manage, motivate, monitor, and evaluate the Market IBP team to maintain high performance.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, company policies, and EHS regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field; postgraduate diploma a plus.
• 8‑10 years of experience in FMCG or Electronics with exposure to supply chain, sales strategy, business planning or finance.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of project/product prioritization, driver‑based planning and forecasting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PowerBI.
• Solid predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities.
• Understanding of finance principles (P&L, cash flow) and budget cycles.
• Knowledge of SAP and supply‑chain planning tools (E2OPEN suite, O9) is a strong plus.
