International Affiliate – Clinical Therapist (Morocco)

About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates is seeking qualified mental‑health professionals to join its global provider network as International Affiliates based in Morocco. You will manage a flexible, contractual caseload of short‑term, goal‑oriented counseling for corporate employees and their dependents, using Lyra’s AI‑powered platform and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1‑to‑8 session short‑term counseling for stress, burnout, grief, relationship issues, mild‑to‑moderate anxiety and depression.
• Apply evidence‑based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) within an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) context.
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to the cultural norms, family structures and workplace dynamics of Moroccan clients.
• Use Lyra’s secure digital platform for scheduling, case documentation and compliance with global data‑privacy standards.
• Maintain autonomy over your practice schedule and case volume while benefiting from professional training and administrative support.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Clinical Social Work.
• Minimum three (3) years of post‑qualification clinical experience.
• Registered with the local governing body as a psychologist, counsellor or clinical social worker.
• Proven experience in short‑term therapy or EAP delivery; ability to conduct brief, structured interventions.
• Secure, confidential workspace with high‑speed internet for tele‑health video sessions.
• Legally authorized to practice in Morocco and able to provide both in‑person and online sessions.
