IT Operations & Process Improvement Intern (PFE)

About the role

A leading global automotive company is looking for a highly motivated IT Operations & Process Improvement Intern to join its IT Department. The internship focuses on supporting the transformation and standardization of End User Support operations across the MEA region, contributing to process optimization, governance, performance monitoring and reporting to improve service quality, efficiency and operational visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Map existing End User Support processes (As-Is) and help design target processes (To-Be)
• Support the definition of roles and responsibilities (RACI) and governance principles
• Help standardize and document operational procedures (SOPs)
• Define and document KPIs to monitor operational performance
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and support performance analysis
• Contribute to annual forecasting and capacity planning, and to asset management improvements
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives across MEA End User Support teams

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree (or equivalent) in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field
• Strong interest in IT Operations, process improvement and digital transformation
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural environment
• Fluent professional English and French

Required skills

• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Power BI is highly valued
• Understanding of process mapping, KPIs and data analysis
