IT Systems Administrator Internship

About the role

Join Evernex as an IT Systems Administrator Intern and support the smooth operation of our global technology infrastructure. You will work closely with the Digital & Technology team, providing first‑ and second‑level support and helping maintain our Salesforce environments.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming support tickets and deliver L1–L2 assistance to business users.
• Perform day‑to‑day system administration tasks such as user management, access provisioning, and permission set configuration.
• Support Salesforce administration, including user provisioning, security model setup, flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Assist in deploying and maintaining business applications and environments.
• Document configurations, processes, and solutions to promote knowledge sharing.
• Support end‑user onboarding and provide basic application training.
• Identify recurring issues and help drive root‑cause resolution.

Required profile

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) – mandatory.
• Hands‑on experience or strong academic background in Salesforce administration.
• Familiarity with IT support processes and ticket handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• French proficiency (mandatory) and conversational English (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Salesforce Administration (user provisioning, security model, flows, reports, dashboards).
• Basic knowledge of Apex and SOQL.
• Experience with Gearset or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
