IT Tech Team Lead

About the role

The IT Tech Team Lead will manage a local high‑tech team working in pods to deliver high‑value programs. You will coordinate with hiring managers, supervise performance, and ensure delivery aligns with business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and organize a team of high‑tech resources, ensuring performance and consistency targets are met.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to select and onboard team members.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance, conduct monthly and bi‑annual performance reviews, and nurture a culture of overachievement.
• Maintain discipline, manage absenteeism, and enforce company policies across the tech team.
• Hold regular touch‑points with the service delivery manager and hiring manager to monitor project progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an advanced IT field (e.g., development, project management, data).
• Minimum 5 years of team‑management experience in a demanding tech environment.
• Previous experience leading a multilingual (English + French) team in a multinational setting.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Proactive, innovative, and critical thinking mindset.
