Java & React FullStack Developer – Relocation to Portugal

About the role

Aubay Portugal is seeking a FullStack Developer with solid experience in Java and React to join its teams that serve large organisations in banking, insurance, telecommunications and energy. The role involves building and evolving critical systems that support millions of users, with the possibility to relocate to Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients to deliver high‑impact projects.
• Ensure code quality, performance and security standards are met.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous integration processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a FullStack Developer with Java and React.
• Proven experience with Spring Boot and Java 8 or higher.
• Fluency in English (B2+) and French (B2+).
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation and daily commitment.
• Alignment with corporate culture, integrity and ethics.
