Junior Associate

About the role

As a Junior Associate you will join a client‑service team at McKinsey & Company in Casablanca, taking ownership of a workstream to address complex business challenges for leading organisations. You will work closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to develop actionable solutions that drive both immediate impact and long‑term change.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a defined workstream within a consulting project, from problem definition to solution delivery.
• Conduct research, data analysis, interviews and workshops to uncover client issues.
• Synthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations.
• Prepare client‑facing deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations and Excel models.
• Support implementation of recommendations and monitor results.

Required profile

• University degree equivalent to BAC+5 or higher.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French, adaptable to different seniority levels.
• Logical decision‑making based on data and facts.
• Effective time‑management in an autonomous environment, with flexibility to work outside standard hours.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data modelling and analysis.
• Professional PowerPoint for creating client presentations.
