Junior Business Development & Sales Associate

About the role

EDOM Connect is seeking a motivated Junior Business Development & Sales Associate to support its international brand representation and distribution activities in Morocco and selected West African markets. The role combines sales outreach, office coordination, and digital marketing tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers, importers, distributors and business partners across Morocco and West Africa.
• Arrange and follow up business meetings, maintain relationships, and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate daily office operations in Tangier, manage correspondence, and organise appointments and partner visits.
• Create and publish professional content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms, and support marketing material preparation.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Sales or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in French, Arabic/Darija and English, with confidence in approaching decision‑makers.
• Good organisational abilities, proactive mindset and willingness to travel within Morocco.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn for outreach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Canva and other digital communication tools.
