Junior HR Generalist – Operations (Morocco)

About the role

NDigitalTrust is seeking an energetic Junior HR Generalist to support people operations and help shape a vibrant company culture. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates passionate about talent acquisition, employer branding, and smooth HR processes in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates while managing the ATS pipeline.
• Create welcoming onboarding experiences and coordinate off‑boarding procedures.
• Develop and publish culture‑focused content on LinkedIn and other career channels.
• Maintain employee records, prepare contracts, track leave/attendance, and support monthly payroll preparation.
• Organize team‑building events, feedback sessions, and engagement initiatives.
• Digitize and improve internal HR workflows, templates, and onboarding guides.
• Support day‑to‑day compliance with Moroccan labor regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Based in Morocco with a Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year student) in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations; startup or tech exposure is a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and confidentiality handling.
• Excellent interpersonal and proactive communication skills in French and English (Arabic a plus).

Required skills

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
• Experience using Notion, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems.
