About the role
LEONI is seeking a Laboratory Specialist to support product validation activities for automotive customers. The role involves analyzing validation plans, performing tests, and ensuring compliance with OEM standards.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze validation plans, norms and standards for all OEMs.
- Create test plans and execute product validations.
- Calculate test costs based on laboratory test orders.
- Identify and define relevant test specifications.
- Analyse specific customer and project requirements.
- Document test results and report findings to customers.
Required profile
- Higher education (BAC+2/+3) in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Target‑ and result‑oriented with high motivation and resilience.
- Self‑organization, problem‑solving ability and teamwork.
