Laboratory Specialist

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Laboratory Specialist to support product validation activities for automotive customers. The role involves analyzing validation plans, performing tests, and ensuring compliance with OEM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze validation plans, norms and standards for all OEMs.
• Create test plans and execute product validations.
• Calculate test costs based on laboratory test orders.
• Identify and define relevant test specifications.
• Analyse specific customer and project requirements.
• Document test results and report findings to customers.

Required profile

• Higher education (BAC+2/+3) in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Target‑ and result‑oriented with high motivation and resilience.
• Self‑organization, problem‑solving ability and teamwork.
