About the role
Hexcel is seeking a Logistics Engineer to lead warehouse and logistics operations at its Casablanca site. The role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse processes while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure warehouse operations meet EHS standards and promote a safe working environment.
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, plan resources based on forecasts, and coordinate with transport providers to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
- Monitor performance through operational KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, stock control, counting, and discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation and traceability while supporting process optimization and new tool implementation.
Required profile
- Engineering degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Eligibility to work in Morocco.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, including VBA development.
- Power BI for dashboard creation, KPI monitoring, data modeling and business intelligence reporting.
- Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities.
