Logistics Engineer

About the role

Hexcel is seeking a Logistics Engineer to lead warehouse and logistics operations at its Casablanca site. The role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse processes while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse operations meet EHS standards and promote a safe working environment.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, plan resources based on forecasts, and coordinate with transport providers to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Monitor performance through operational KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, stock control, counting, and discrepancy resolution.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and traceability while supporting process optimization and new tool implementation.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Eligibility to work in Morocco.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including VBA development.
• Power BI for dashboard creation, KPI monitoring, data modeling and business intelligence reporting.
• Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities.
