Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

Lear, a global automotive technology leader, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for its Kenitra plant in Morocco. The role ensures the smooth operation and availability of production equipment, supporting Lear’s commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain operation and availability of machines, tools, automation, and support mechanisms.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of all production equipment, meeting quality, volume, deadline, and cost targets.
• Develop and implement plans to improve equipment availability.
• Assign tools, launch spare‑part orders, and manage the spare‑parts store.
• Organise and coordinate corrective‑maintenance tasks, set intervention priorities, and oversee technicians.
• Create preventive‑maintenance schedules with defined frequencies.
• Collaborate with the HSE manager to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Prepare purchase orders for maintenance supplies and analyse spare‑part consumption costs.

Required profile

• Experience supervising maintenance technicians in an industrial environment.
• Ability to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Strong collaboration skills with HSE and procurement functions.
