Main Missions

• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance checks to ensure all hotel systems are functioning optimally.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) equipment promptly.
• Coordinate and oversee renovation projects and facility upgrades to maintain luxury standards.
• Develop and implement emergency response protocols and energy conservation programs.
• Ensure total building safety and compliance with local regulations.
• Train and mentor staff on safety inspections and maintenance best practices.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in technical maintenance within a luxury hotel or high-end residential environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to facility management.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, to support 24/7 operations.
