Maintenance Technician (Assemblage)

About the role

The Maintenance Technician (Assemblage) is responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment through preventive and corrective actions. You will work on the shop floor, interpreting technical drawings and performing mechanical adjustments to keep the line running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production means.
• Perform annual maintenance according to established procedures.
• Repair equipment on production lines and record all interventions in SAP.
• Support the 5S program and maintain an organized workplace.
• Assemble and upgrade equipment based on engineers' drawings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Good written and spoken English and French.
• Organized, stress‑resistant, proactive and self‑starter.

Required skills

• Preventive and corrective maintenance execution.
• Analysis of pneumatic and electrical drawings.
• Mechanical adjustments and use of test equipment.
• Familiarity with injection processes (a plus).
• Experience with SAP for maintenance documentation.
