Management System & CSR Officer

About the role

The Management System & CSR Officer supports the Company Management System & CSR Manager in implementing, maintaining and continuously improving TLScontact’s global management systems and CSR programme. Working under supervision, the role acts as a key operational and coordination point across sites and countries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive the sustainability strategy in line with the CSR roadmap, engaging stakeholders on environmental, social and governance initiatives.
• Support maintenance and improvement of global management systems (SA8000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Assist in planning and executing internal and external audits, preparing evidence and audit files.
• Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) from audits, ensuring closure with site teams.
• Prepare and follow‑up management review meetings, consolidating data, tracking KPIs and taking minutes.
• Maintain the documentation library, ensuring version control, distribution and archiving per ISO requirements.
• Coordinate training initiatives, monitor completion records and develop awareness materials.
• Collect, consolidate and quality‑check CSR data globally, supporting report and dashboard preparation.
• Provide project support to the Management System & CSR Manager and act as the first point of contact for site queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Environmental Management, CSR/Sustainability or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality/management systems, CSR or compliance roles.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SA8000 standards.
• Experience with CAPA tracking and KPI monitoring.
• Documentation control and version‑management expertise.
