Manager, Data Insights & Analytics – Morocco

About the role

The Africa Operating Unit is strengthening its data and insights capability to drive better business performance across markets. The Manager, Data Insights & Analytics will lead the franchise’s reporting and analytics agenda, delivering timely, accurate intelligence that supports strategic decisions and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of critical business reports covering retail, shopper, consumer, commercial, macro‑economic and competitive data.
• Act as custodian of key business data used in performance reviews and strategic planning.
• Produce periodic insight reports (annual, quarterly, monthly) that highlight trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support market teams with robust datasets, scorecards and analytical insights across channels and categories.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to data systems, workflows, platforms and reporting tools.
• Lead cross‑functional special projects that require deep analytics or insight generation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Statistics or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in data analytics, business performance reporting or insights roles.
• At least 2 years of direct experience working with Nielsen data.
• Experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
