Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Marketing Manager within the Corporate Brand & Engagement team, you will act as the commercial engine driving Intelcia’s B2B positioning. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will collaborate closely with regional brand, sales and business development teams to shape the company’s external perception and support international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and write group‑level marketing narratives, value propositions, sector positioning and campaign messaging aligned with corporate priorities.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive benchmarking to inform content strategy and evolve value propositions.
• Create commercial marketing assets such as client use cases, success stories, key selling points and sector points of view for sales enablement.
• Define a unified client interaction approach for global accounts, visits and international events to ensure consistency across regions.
• Lead thought‑leadership initiatives, manage LinkedIn and other B2B channel content, and track analyst coverage and market signals.
• Design and execute ad‑hoc demand‑generation programs in partnership with Sales and Business Development, and work with Digital Marketing on campaign deployment and funnel management.
• Share best‑practice frameworks with regional teams to optimise local execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
• 6‑10 years of experience in B2B, product/brand or growth marketing, preferably within technology, consulting or professional services.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and client decision‑making dynamics.
• Experience working in an international or multi‑regional environment.
