Marketing Manager

About the role

Responsible for developing and executing the marketing plan for the property, managing e‑commerce initiatives and building relationships with tourism bureaus and community leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate region‑wide promotions for rooms, food & beverage, spa and golf, and develop leisure marketing plans with rate offers and packages.
• Maintain and update all property websites, manage brand loyalty mailings, create brochures, signage and other collateral.
• Analyze DMA source market reports, guest lists and email/campaign tracking to provide ROI insights and adjust marketing spend.
• Manage the annual marketing budget, track actual vs. planned spend and reallocate funds as needed.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, ensure presence on quality internet sites and work with convention bureaus and tourism chambers.
• Act as liaison between corporate and the property, support sales channels with tools, and oversee advertising with media buyers.
• Maintain detailed records of marketing materials, vendor contracts and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans, manage budgets and analyze performance data.
