Marketing Specialist – Taste Innovation

About the role

IFF is seeking a Marketing Specialist focused on taste to drive consumer insights, trend analysis, and concept development for food and beverage brands. Based in Casablanca, you will translate market data into compelling strategies that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze food‑and‑beverage category trends using Mintel, Euromonitor, AI Palette, Nielsen and AI agents.
• Transform insights into customer‑facing content, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with customers on new product concepts informed by consumer research.
• Align market dynamics with IFF’s commercial strategy to uncover growth opportunities.
• Lead the full customer engagement experience, including presentation creation, event logistics, and visual assets.
• Monitor new product launches and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Design professional marketing assets while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Partner with category, innovation, creation and design teams to co‑develop value propositions.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic graphic‑design capabilities.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent collaboration, influencing and networking abilities.
• Fluent in French and English (written and verbal).
• Solid understanding of consumer research and experience creating marketing collateral.
