MSP Engineer, Network and Security – Rotating Shifts

About the role

BRIXIO is building a managed services capability for Cloudflare environments. As an MSP Engineer you will operate client Cloudflare stacks during rotating shifts, handling incident response, proactive engineering and production changes.

Key responsibilities

• Staff the client intake channel during your shift, qualify and triage requests, and provide first‑response within service‑level targets.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents across the Cloudflare stack (WAF, DDoS mitigation, rate limiting, bot management, CDN, DNS, TLS, load balancing, Zero Trust, Workers).
• Execute production configuration changes under formal change control, including four‑eyes validation and documented rollback plans.
• Deliver scheduled proactive activities such as security‑posture audits, cache and rate‑limit calibration, DNS and certificate hygiene, and unused‑rule cleanup.
• Collaborate with client NOC and security teams, maintain runbooks and SOPs in Confluence, and support professional services during escalations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in network, security or cloud operations, preferably in managed services, NOC or SOC environments.
• Full professional fluency in both French and English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work calmly under incident pressure, follow escalation procedures, and provide clear handovers.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Cloudflare services (WAF, DDoS mitigation, rate limiting, bot management, CDN, DNS, TLS, load balancing, Zero Trust, Workers).
• Proficiency with networking fundamentals: DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, proxies, caching, CDN mechanics.
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform and version control with Git.
• Scripting in Python or Bash.
• Diagnostic tools such as curl, dig, traceroute, browser developer tools, HAR analysis.
• Familiarity with Jira Service Management and ITIL‑aligned incident, change and problem management processes.
