About the role

The company seeks a CNC machining operator to produce aerospace components in its Nouaceur facility. You will work with milling and turning machines, ensuring each part meets strict aerospace specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and adjust CNC milling and turning machines according to technical instructions.
• Produce parts following aerospace drawings, process sheets, and tolerance requirements.
• Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers and comparators, and perform adjustments as needed.
• Maintain quality, safety and traceability documentation throughout production.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Bac+2 in mechanical manufacturing or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of experience in CNC machining (preferred).
• Strong ability to read technical drawings.
• Attention to detail, precision and teamwork mindset.
