About the role
The company seeks a CNC machining operator to produce aerospace components in its Nouaceur facility. You will work with milling and turning machines, ensuring each part meets strict aerospace specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and adjust CNC milling and turning machines according to technical instructions.
- Produce parts following aerospace drawings, process sheets, and tolerance requirements.
- Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers and comparators, and perform adjustments as needed.
- Maintain quality, safety and traceability documentation throughout production.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes.
Required profile
- Bac+2 in mechanical manufacturing or equivalent.
- 1‑3 years of experience in CNC machining (preferred).
- Strong ability to read technical drawings.
- Attention to detail, precision and teamwork mindset.
