Operations Manager for English‑speaking Activity

About the role

Foundever is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead an English‑speaking activity within its contact‑center network. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing a large, multi‑shift team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead teams to achieve business, quality, financial and employee‑satisfaction targets.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, induction and ongoing development of direct reports.
• Manage Coaches who supervise daily activities of new hires during training.
• Monitor and proactively address absenteeism and attrition across all teams.
• Implement actions based on employee‑satisfaction trends and client‑survey feedback.
• Handle client escalations related to operational performance.
• Prepare accurate forecasts and work schedules using client data and scheduling tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Management, Business Studies or related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage large groups.
• Experience in performance management, coaching and conducting appraisals.
• Availability to work 24/7 based on operational needs.
• Good computer literacy and solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
