Speech Analyst – French Speaker

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Analyst who is fluent in French to join our Analytics & Insight team. In this position you will use speech analytics and contact‑center data to uncover actionable insights that drive operational excellence and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of speech‑analytics managed services and configure the CallMiner platform.
• Analyze speech and interaction data to identify trends, opportunities and improvement areas.
• Prepare and present insightful findings to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with the BI & Reporting team to enhance dashboards and visualisations using Power BI.
• Partner with business units to translate needs into analytical solutions and act as a trusted advisor.
• Work closely with Operations, Data Science, Engineering and other teams to support business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a speech analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CallMiner Analyst module.
• Hands‑on experience with CallMiner Coach module.
• Intermediate proficiency with Power BI for data visualisation.
