About the role
The Operations Officer will manage visa application processing, provide customer support, and ensure compliance with operational and anti‑bribery standards. This role supports the Deputy Manager/Operations Manager in executing World Bank projects and promotes sustainable practices.
Key responsibilities
- Scrutinize and collect visa application documents, record data accurately and ensure timely processing within specified Turn Around Time.
- Handle customer inquiries in‑person, via email and telephone, inform applicants about value‑added services and gather feedback.
- Manage cash and bank transactions, oversee passport delivery logistics to consulates, applicants and logistics companies.
- Maintain strict compliance with standard operating procedures, manuals and anti‑bribery management system guidelines.
- Support sustainability by promoting judicious use of natural resources and adhering to environment, health and safety policies.
