Order to Cash – Canadian Project

About the role

Join HCLTech's Order to Cash team in Morocco and support the end‑to‑end processing of contracts, billing, and cash collection for a Canadian project. You will work closely with managers and teammates to ensure accurate customer identification, dispute handling, and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Set up contracts with correct attributes and maintain accurate customer records.
• Perform billing activities, verify invoices, and ensure timely cash receipt.
• Manage disputes and provide customer care throughout the Order‑to‑Cash cycle.
• Attend team and OTC management meetings, follow guidance, and prioritize tasks.
• Deliver training to new and existing team members on daily activities and best practices.
• Create and update process documentation in line with internal policies.
• Provide backup coverage for teammates during absences.
• Escalate operational or administrative issues promptly to the team leader.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or candidate with less than one year of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Good command of French and English for internal and external communication.
• Willingness to follow manager guidance and participate in training sessions.
