Outbound English Sales Agent

About the role
We are seeking motivated, English‑speaking sales agents to join our outbound call centre in Tanger. In this role you will contact prospective customers, present our services and generate sales while working in a dynamic, target‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers in English.
- Build rapport and effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and self‑motivation.
- Target‑driven mindset with the ability to meet sales goals.
- Previous experience in sales or a call‑center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
