Outbound Flow Manager

About the role

The Outbound Flow Manager will lead vehicle logistics operations from manufacturing plants to delivery regions, ensuring seamless coordination between production, transport providers, and delivery performance across road, rail, and sea modes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle flows from production to delivery zones and track bookings with Control Towers and logistics partners.
• Align transport capacity (road, rail, sea) with production needs.
• Analyze production plans and logistics execution, producing daily and weekly performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with Control Towers, logistics providers, internal teams, and report progress to the client Business Manager.
• Participate in regular team meetings and manage multi‑year project phases (2024‑2026).

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or automotive environments.
• Degree in industrial engineering, logistics or a related field (Bac +5).
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and proactive mindset.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher).
