Pilote planning – secteur automobile

About the role

We are looking for a Planning Pilot to support our automotive projects. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, monitoring project milestones and ensuring data quality across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Update dashboards using BI/BO tools, macro extraction, PLM and PEPP data.
• Lead weekly meetings with trade groups (ADAS, DSEE, Engines) and monitor PRS purchasing contracts, series production and supply‑part issues.
• Track officializations such as OCM and NFC, and follow up business items in GIMUX meetings.
• Organize codification meetings, maintain tracking files and monitor open subjects.
• Build Product Definition Documents (PDD) together with quality and trade experts.
• Define and document use cases involving NFC, product variations and emulation.
• Review project milestones, prepare progress summaries and coordinate with model owners.
• Ensure quality results, resolve blockers and keep the Landing file up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in project planning, PLM or automotive environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with multiple trade teams.
