About the role
We are looking for a Plant Cost Controller to manage financial reporting, budgeting and cost analysis for our manufacturing operations. The role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure accurate cost tracking and support strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly reporting and weekly KPI reporting.
- Develop forecasts and assemble financial packages.
- Collect information from departments and consolidate the budget.
- Perform standard margin analysis and calculate standard cost per product.
- Create and set up dashboards for cost monitoring.
- Participate in group audits, financial studies and projects.
- Identify deviations, propose preventive and corrective actions.
- Support cost‑reduction initiatives across departments.
- Participate in the annual stock‑take.
