Powertrain Program Manager

About the role

The Cross‑Carline Powertrain Program Manager reports directly to the Cross‑Carline Head and is responsible for shaping both the long‑term and short‑term powertrain roadmap for Stellantis markets across the Middle East and Africa (MEA). The role ensures that each market receives powertrain solutions that meet local regulations, customer expectations, and environmental targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the long‑term powertrain roadmap, identifying gaps in current Stellantis offerings for MEA markets.
• Lead short‑term investigations, prepare bulletins, and drive decisions on adapted powertrain solutions.
• Collaborate with corporate planning, product, and vehicle teams to synthesize volume forecasts, GCR, and project scoring.
• Act as technical leader, challenging corporate teams to optimise planning, performance, TPC and cost.
• Contribute to 4P updates, simplify the powertrain line‑up, and support governance meetings (MEA RPC, GPC2, GPAC).
• Represent the cross‑carline function in monthly brand and market meetings.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Mechanics, Powertrain or a related field.
• 10‑15 years of experience managing powertrain projects or programmes.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
