Production Engineer

About the role

Operating and supporting pre‑production and production applications for AXA France in an international environment. The role ensures availability, performance and continuous improvement of business‑critical systems serving French clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve Level 2/3 technical and functional incidents, providing regular status communication to clients.
• Monitor and maintain applications in pre‑production and production, including capacity planning and after‑hours interventions.
• Lead client and stakeholder meetings, propose improvement initiatives and document operational procedures.
• Maintain technical and functional documentation, health reports and Confluence knowledge bases.

• Monitoring tools: Kibana, Elasticsearch, Dynatrace.
• Workload scheduling: Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS).
• Backup and monitoring solutions.
• Fluent English; ITIL v3 certification is a plus.
