Program Manager

About the role

TE Connectivity’s Aerospace, Defense & Marine Business Unit is looking for a Program Manager to join the Business Strategy Transformation Office. The role will drive major customer, business and transformation programs, coordinating multiple projects to meet financial, schedule and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, product management, sales, quality, manufacturing, finance and other functions.
• Define, plan and execute program schedules, budgets, staffing and performance metrics from initiation to close‑out.
• Manage strategic business programs such as product migrations, business integrations and special projects aligned with unit strategy.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety, quality, regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Monitor and report program performance, adjust plans, and evaluate effectiveness using key metrics.
• Serve as primary contact for customers or program sponsors, handling negotiations, decision‑making and issue resolution.
• Identify resource constraints and program risks, working with management to mitigate them.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams on complex, business‑critical programs.
• Strong program management expertise, including planning, budgeting, scheduling and risk management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and external customers.
• Experience ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
