About the role
The United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN‑Habitat) is seeking a Program Support Intern to join its National Office in Rabat. The internship will last for two months with a possible extension, providing hands‑on experience in urban development programmes and support to the Programme Management Officer.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the team in collecting and analysing data on urban development at national and territorial levels.
- Identify potential collaboration fields with key actors for UN‑Habitat programmes.
- Support the drafting of working documents such as concept notes and project presentations.
- Contribute to improving the country office work plan.
- Help design training programmes and related materials for local governments.
- Plan, prepare and implement events including meetings, workshops, conferences and expert group meetings.
- Assist with outreach activities and the production of advocacy material.
- Support planning and reporting on meetings with key partners.
Required profile
- Will report to the Programme Management Officer.
