Project Cybersecurity Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Project Cybersecurity Manager to lead the security aspects of turnkey projects for Alstom in Casablanca, Morocco. You will apply your expertise in cybersecurity project management to ensure that all solutions meet contractual requirements, local regulations and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the cost, quality and schedule of cybersecurity deliverables.
• Perform cybersecurity risk analysis, architecture definition and requirement allocation.
• Cascade security requirements to suppliers and manage third‑party risks.
• Define cybersecurity assurance levels, operating procedures and evaluate the achieved security level.
• Support technical design meetings, obtain agreement on security measures and ensure implementation compliance.
• Manage vulnerabilities, issue remediation plans and coordinate communication across the program.
• Handle external cybersecurity audits and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with industrial or embedded systems (e.g., railway, aeronautics).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and regulations such as ISO 2700X, IEC 62443, NIST and local law 05‑20.
• Experience in cybersecurity risk analysis methods (EBIOS, EBIOS RM).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., GICSP, CISSP, GSEC, CISM, QCD) are a plus.
