Project E-BOM Pilot – Codification & Diversity

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is looking for a Project E‑BOM Pilot to lead the codification and diversity of the engineering bill of materials (eBOM) for automotive projects. You will work closely with the BCI team and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure data quality, compliance and consistency across PLM and ERP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the Project eBOM based on the Generic eBOM.
• Collect, verify and validate eBOM Change Requests from BCI teams.
• Ensure eBOM compliance, data completeness and structural consistency in PLM.
• Represent the BCI team in weekly commission meetings with meta‑function teams.
• Prepare and secure CAD 2 and CAD 3 releases.
• Create and manage ECOs, PDEF, PREA and release‑related data.
• Monitor eBOM quality KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Drive eBOM implementation and data consistency across PLM and eBOM ecosystems.
• Deliver weekly eBOM status reports to the project team.

Required profile

• Background in automotive, industrial or mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience in Engineering Bill of Materials management and PLM environments.
• Good understanding of vehicle architecture, module structure, product configuration and variant management.
• Experience with release processes for prototype and serial phases.
