Project Manager – Morocco

About the role

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the initiation, execution, and delivery of mission‑critical radio communications systems and related solutions across the Middle East, Africa, and occasionally international locations. The role requires fluency in French and Arabic to support customers in French‑speaking regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑phased projects, coordinating Order Management, Engineering, Finance, and customer‑facing technical teams.
• Maintain full responsibility for resource allocation, project financials, revenue, cash, and margin targets.
• Communicate directly with customers and senior internal stakeholders through meetings and project reviews.
• Utilize PM tools (schedule, critical path, budget, change orders, risk assessment, action item log) to manage complex issues.
• Travel up to 35% of the time to geographically challenging sites, especially in Sub‑Saharan Africa.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of project management, program management, or engineering experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification (PRINCE2) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent oral and written skills in English, French, and Arabic.
• Strong customer‑facing, influencing, planning, organization, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Financial literacy and desire to learn.
• Experience with public safety communications, cellular infrastructure, military communications, civil construction, or IT networks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Primavera P6 project scheduling software.
• Competence with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
