Q-Commerce Retail Account Manager Intern

About the role

Glovo is looking for a motivated intern to support its Q‑Commerce retail team in Casablanca. You will work closely with senior Account Managers to help manage strategic partner relationships and contribute to the growth of Glovo’s delivery ecosystem in Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in end‑to‑end partner management, including P&L tracking, product integration and co‑marketing activities.
• Prepare business reviews, presentation decks and other supporting materials for Account Managers.
• Analyze partner performance metrics and help drive month‑over‑month growth.
• Track, forecast and report key account metrics and create dashboards for operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a supportive, growth‑focused environment.

Required profile

• Available for a full‑time 6‑month internship.
• Strong business acumen with a data‑driven, analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English, French and Arabic.
• Empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
