QA Salesforce Engineer (Rabat/Casablanca)

About the role

We are looking for a QA Salesforce Engineer to ensure the functional and technical quality of Salesforce solutions for our clients in Morocco. The role involves planning, designing, executing and monitoring tests across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce products. You will work closely with product owners, developers and administrators in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define acceptance criteria.
• Develop test plans and test cases based on Salesforce user stories.
• Execute functional, integration, regression and user‑acceptance tests.
• Identify, document and track defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Work with development teams and Salesforce administrators to resolve issues.
• Contribute to automated testing on the Salesforce platform using tools such as Provar, Selenium or Tosca.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage and tooling.
• Maintain traceability between requirements and test cases and produce test reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of functional testing or test‑automation experience, preferably on Salesforce.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an agile team.
• Good level of English for documentation and international collaboration.

Required skills

• Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Testing tools: Jira/Xray, TestRail, Zephyr, Provar, Selenium, Postman.
• Technical languages/tools: SOQL, SOSL, Apex (code reading), Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, DevOps, Test‑Driven Development (TDD), Behavior‑Driven Development (BDD).
