Quality Manufacturing Leader

About the role

KOSTAL, a global automotive supplier, is seeking a Quality Manufacturing Leader for its Tangier site. The role focuses on defining, documenting and verifying containment actions, managing problem‑solving processes, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing quality.

Key responsibilities

• Define, document and verify containment or sorting actions for process‑related issues.
• Manage overall outcomes, report results and obtain approvals for containment closure.
• Lead problem‑solving teams, monitor 8D/PR deadlines and ensure effective escalation when needed.
• Evaluate process capability using tools such as CMK, PPK and drive capability improvements.
• Document, approve and verify rework effectiveness, and monitor production scrap levels.
• Analyze process trends, identify defect root causes and implement corrective actions to reduce warranty risk.
• Provide final approval for product or process changes after PPAP validation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of quality experience in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in production quality, problem‑solving and cross‑functional coordination.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards and ability to work under pressure.
• Professional proficiency in French, English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Quality Core Tools: 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA.
• Process capability analysis: CMK, PPK.
• PPAP (Product Part Approval Process) knowledge.
